The early childhood education and development is the project targeting the children aged from 3 to 6 years old who are in need of early childhood stimulation which is the foundation for lifelong learning. The projects supports the initiatives in the community by empowering them for better environment through training of caregivers, proper parenting trainings , rehabilitation of Ecd rooms , equipment's provision , food support among others all through the model ECD "ECD Kimaranzara" established by the institution in Rilima sector in Bugesera District
